What is 1800 Tech’s process for evaluating my business?

The first step is to assess your business needs and requirements and understand your business operations. We’ll also take a look at the system you already have in place so that we understand where improvements need to be made, as well as what is already working for your company. After that process, we will suggest options that should be implemented.

What is the turnaround time for a new setup?

After the initial evaluation of your setup and suggestion on what should be implemented based on what you want to do, we will set your system up. Depending on the solution we are suggesting, and how many systems we are setting up for your company, it can take anywhere between 48-72 hours to test and setup all systems successfully. However, longer set up times can be expected with larger businesses and setups.

We will always communicate where we are in the process with you so that you can be prepared. And, deadlines and such are certainly something we can discuss as well.

We will always try our best to accommodate needs where it is possible.

What industries do you cover?

What happens during any downtime?

In the event that downtime does occur due to maintenance or any other reason, we recommend giving us a call to alert us to the issue. Our service level agreements will include a system for warning your employees of any such downtime and, if it is for scheduled maintenance, this will be in place well ahead of time.

Each working environment and situation is different, but this is definitely an area that we will go over during the implementation of your systems. And, if any clarification is needed at any point, we’re just a phone call away!

Are your solutions secure?

What if I am not happy with the setup? Is there a trial of sorts?

With our systems, after implementation, we offer 30 days to reach out afterward in case you require any further assistance.

However, we also provide complete, end-to-end services. Our best recommendation is to keep us on and allow us to provide you with our 24/7 helpdesk support, and onsite tech support. We will continue to expand upon your systems, keep them upgraded, and provide you with everything you need in the IT world. That includes user management both within your network and with your communication devices and software.

Nope, not at all. A great majority of our solutions are cloud-based, which means all you and your staff need is working computers, on any OS.

I am not sure my staff will be able to adapt to the software. How do we resolve that?

Getting used to a new system is always a challenge. Luckily, we’ve made it easy. Our software and systems are extremely user friendly and easy to adapt to.

We can also design custom training in order to help your employees learn more about how to use the new systems in the most effective way possible. This could be a simple walkthrough of the software, or we can do an in-depth training. This could also be tips and tricks that save time and increase productivity!

Plus, our training is exciting! After a quick overview of all the ways our systems are going to benefit their workflow, your staff will be pumped to try it!

Do we have to continue using you after our solution has been implemented?

No. Although we do recommend it (because we like you and don’t want you to go), it’s not required. You’re free to go where you please after implementation.

If, later on down the road you do want our help with anything at all, including remote helpdesk and onsite techs, we’ll always be here and happy to help!
